Custom Linkage Assemblies
Aetna produces complete Custom Linkage assemblies to per print and specification requirements. These products can be supplied as a complete multi component one unit assembly which provides the customer additional time to concentrate on the main products they produce and therefore provides substantial cost savings. Custom manufactured, bent or straight, Control Rods can be swaged or thread assembled incorporating standard or per print Rod Ends, Ball Joints, HVAC Damper Controls, Swivels, Threaded Ball Studs and more accommodating a variety of Motion Transfer Applications. Products are available in inch and/or metric sizes and can be manufactured from a wide variety of materials for a wide range of applications. OEMs agree that linking up with Aetna is the most cost-effective, quality solution to their Custom Linkage & Motion Transfer requirements. Aetna can accommodate per-print custom application requirements and is capable of accommodating PPAP Requirement Level 1-3.
